Job summary

JD Gyms is a fast-growing, award-winning budget gym chain across the UK. We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and delivering a positive environment for members and colleagues.

You will perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and safety checks, support brand standards, and provide friendly, professional member service while upholding uniforms and appearance expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, cleaning, leisure or similar environment is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to high standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support and maintain JD Gyms brand standards across all areas of the club.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report defects to keep building and equipment safe to use.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and professional appearance/uniforms.
• Deliver outstanding member service through positive and professional interactions.
• Support learning and development initiatives and training activities.
