You will follow Health and Safety policies, perform routine cleaning and safety checks, and help maintain JD Gyms brand standards across the club while delivering friendly, professional support to members.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Able to deliver friendly, professional service to members.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Support brand standards across the club.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report defects to keep the building and equipment safe to use.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness for the gym facility.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards as per company expectations.
• Deliver outstanding member service through positive interactions.
• Support learning and development initiatives, including training activities to promote consistent standards.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties.
