JD Gyms is seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain high cleanliness standards across our UK clubs. You will ensure safe, welcoming environments for members and colleagues, upholding health and safety policies and brand standards.

The role emphasizes professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to servicing members and supporting team goals. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, cleaning, leisure or similar environment is advantageous.
• Strong commitment to delivering high standards and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all Health and Safety policies and company procedures are followed.
• Support and maintain JD Gyms brand standards across all areas of the club.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report defects to ensure the building and equipment are safe to use.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and professional appearance.
• Deliver outstanding member service through positive and professional interactions.
• Support learning and development initiatives and training activities.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties.
