Zusammenfassung

JD Gyms is recruiting a Duty Manager to support the day-to-day operation of the club in Huddersfield. You will help maintain high standards, support colleagues and ensure members receive a safe, welcoming and positive experience during every visit.

Working with the management team, you will contribute to achieving membership and commercial objectives while ensuring the club operates efficiently and safely in line with JD Gyms standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading or supporting colleagues in leisure, fitness, hospitality or customer-focused environments.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent member service and developing colleagues.
• Qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor.
• Experience contributing to membership growth, commercial performance and local marketing initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day operational running of the club, including opening and closing duties.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies and company procedures.
• Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standards and cleanliness across the club.
• Conduct safety checks and report defects to ensure a safe facility.
• Support achievement of membership, revenue and commercial objectives.
• Promote secondary revenue opportunities and associate growth.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards.
• Deliver outstanding member service through positive interactions.
• Create a supportive environment for colleagues and contracted personnel.
• Undertake other duties or meetings as required.
