JD Gyms is seeking a Duty Manager to support daily club operations and deliver a safe, welcoming member experience. You will work with the management team to meet membership and commercial goals, while maintaining JD Gyms standards across the club.

You will lead a team, uphold health and safety policies, and ensure high cleanliness and professional appearance. Flexible hours and proactive engagement with members are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting colleagues in a leisure, fitness, hospitality or customer-focused environment.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent member service and ability to coach and develop colleagues.
• Must hold at least a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day operational running of the club, including opening and closing duties where required.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, in line with business needs.
• Adhere to Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
