Job summary

Sapphire Holidays Limited in Hayle, United Kingdom, is seeking a dedicated Sales & Support Consultant to join the busy Sales Office. This full-time role is based at our head office and requires a rotating schedule between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday.

You will assist guests, owners, housekeepers and caretakers, handling enquiries, reservations and bookings while helping convert sales through excellent service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering proactive customer service.
• Clear and confident communicator on phone and email.
• Capable of handling enquiries across multiple channels.
• Ability to manage several administrative tasks accurately.
• Excellent numeracy and attention to detail.
• Enjoys working in a team to reach targets.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers in finding a property and converting the sale.
• Providing customer service across phone, email and live chat.
• Managing holiday reservations, amendments, cancellations, payments and guest enquiries.
• Supporting property owners with bookings, availability and sales queries.
• Collaborating with Customer Support to resolve issues.
• Completing administrative tasks and keeping records updated.
