Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a Holiday Homes Sales Administrator to support our sales team. You will manage admin tasks, liaise with customers and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth holiday home sales.

You will maintain records in Salesforce, handle finance and insurance documentation, and ensure homes are ready for handover while upholding Health & Safety and safeguarding policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced admin role.
• Strong IT and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, professional communication throughout the sales process.
• Keep the Sales Office welcoming and customer-ready.
• Manage finance and insurance documentation accurately.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and monitor payments.
• Coordinate supplier orders and ensure homes are ready for handover.
• Support compliance with Health & Safety and safeguarding policies.
