Premier Inn in Pontefract is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, check in, serve breakfast or dinner, and help make every stay smooth.

This is a permanent role with 16 guaranteed hours per week and shifts that include evenings and weekends. You’ll work across reception, restaurant and public areas, assisting guests and teammates to keep the hotel running smoothly and ensuring guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including behind the bar
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and inviting
• Support teammates and ensure smooth hotel operations during busy periods
• Make guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
