Premier Inn Newcastle (Metro Centre) is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, help them check in, serve breakfast or dinner, and keep reception, restaurant and public areas running smoothly.

No hotel experience required. It’s a permanent contract with hours and ongoing training. You’ll work evenings and weekends, gain new skills, and enjoy benefits like the Whitbread Discount Card and a company pension.

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
