Job summary

Premier Inn is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member in Dartmouth. You’ll welcome guests, help with check-in, and assist with breakfast or dinner service, including bar work as needed.

Shifts include evenings and weekends; 15 guaranteed hours per week. No hotel experience required—training is provided, with opportunities to support teammates and resolve guest queries to ensure a smooth stay.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in
• Serve breakfast or dinner and handle bar service as needed
• Answer questions and help solve guest issues
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming
• Support teammates during busy periods to ensure smooth operation
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
