Job summary

Harri at Wyboston Lakes in the United Kingdom is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to join the Guest Services Team. You will work 40 hours over five days (any five from seven) and help lead the team to deliver friendly, professional service and manage enquiries, complaints and reservations.

The role requires a hands-on, customer-focused leader with strong communication, the ability to run the venue as Duty Manager when needed, and flexibility to cover evenings and weekends on a 7-day rota.

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication with guests, colleagues and other departments.
• Work under the Front of House Manager to ensure consistent guest satisfaction.
• Participate in on- and off-the-job training for yourself and new team members.
• Supervise from the front – adhere to all standards, policies and procedures.
• Quick thinking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
• Confidence to run the venue as Duty Manager when required, ensuring oversight and guest satisfaction.
