Job summary

Wyboston Lakes Ltd is seeking a Reception Supervisor to join our Venue Host Team, working 40 hours over 5 days (any 5/7). You will lead the front-of-house team, handle enquiries and reservations, and help deliver warm, professional service to guests.

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you will supervise staff, act as Duty Manager when required, and uphold all standards while maintaining a flexible 7-day rota, including evenings and weekends. Benefits include discounts, meals, and events.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to engage with guests, colleagues and other departments.
• Work under the Front of House Manager to ensure consistent guest satisfaction.

• Supervise from the front – reinforce all standards, policies and procedures.
• Quick thinking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
• Capable of running the venue as Duty Manager when required and coordinating staff.
• Flexible to work across a 7-day rota, including evenings and weekends.
