Job summary

Wyboston Lakes is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the venue's F&B team. You will work closely with staff to ensure smooth service, manage training, and maintain high guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage shifts on a rota basis across seven days. Training and career development will be provided within a supportive management team.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for getting stuck in and supporting the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• The ability to upsell and motivate team members into doing this.
• Excellent communication to all customers, team members and departments.
• The ability to delegate tasks and supervise team members.
• Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven days a week.
• The ability to think on your feet, respond quickly and problem solve effectively.
• The ability to complete tasks efficiently and to given deadlines.
• The confidence to oversee the running of the venue as Duty Manager.
