RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a dynamic Guest Services Receptionist for The Holiday Inn Blackpool. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and provide local recommendations to enhance their stay.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a passion for hospitality in a busy hotel setting. Join a vibrant team delivering memorable experiences in Blackpool.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service skills

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and manage check-ins/outs efficiently
• Answer calls, manage bookings, and handle guest requests promptly
• Act as local expert, sharing brunch spots, sights and best places to visit
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and issues are resolved
• Maintain a tidy front desk and welcoming reception area
• Deliver personalised service to make guests’ stays memorable
