Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management in Edinburgh is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a seamless, memorable stay from arrival to departure.

You will handle bookings, respond to guest questions, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, and keep the front desk professional and welcoming. A welcoming personality, strong communication, and a can-do attitude are essential in this fast-paced hotel team.

• Manage daily tasks like calls, emails, and reservations with efficiency.
