Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is looking for a Food & Beverage Team Member to join our hotel. You will welcome guests, take orders, and deliver meals and drinks with care, while upholding high standards of presentation and service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately with special requests noted.
• Serve food and drinks with care, maintaining presentation and timing.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas for a welcoming space.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including basic barista duties and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards in a clean workspace.
• Work with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service; weekend shifts included.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER AT OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Serve food and drinks with care, keeping presentation standards high and timing smooth.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well-organised dining space.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation. This job is for 5 days out of seven and it does include working at weekends. Start time 14:30 finish time 23:00.

• Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn.
