• Be the first smile guests see and the friendly voice they remember, creating a warm welcome.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between with efficiency and VIP treatment.
• Provide local recommendations to elevate the guest experience.
• Multitask by answering calls, managing bookings, and handling guest requests with a positive vibe.
• Keep the front desk organized and welcoming, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
• Deliver thoughtful touches to surprise and delight guests and make stays memorable.
