Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management in Leeds is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to greet guests, check in and out, and ensure a smooth arrival experience. You will be the friendly face at the front desk, handling inquiries and guiding guests to local attractions with a positive attitude.

You will work with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve requests quickly, manage calls and emails, and help deliver memorable stays.
