Job summary

Rick Stein Restaurants in Padstow is seeking a warm, friendly Guest Services Assistant / Receptionist to join our reception team. You'll help look after hotel bedrooms across Padstow and ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and a brilliant stay.

Based at the restaurant reception, this flexible, casual role requires evening and weekend availability. You’ll work with guest services, restaurant and hotel teams to ensure smooth operations and memorable experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, hotels or customer service preferred.
• Warm, friendly and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and guest-facing confidence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and farewell hotel and restaurant guests warmly.
• Assist hosting in our Seafood Restaurant.
• Help guests with luggage and parking.
• Handle guest enquiries and restaurant bookings.
• Collaborate with guest services, restaurant and hotel teams to ensure smooth operations.
