Job summary

Rick Stein Restaurants in Padstow is seeking a warm, friendly Guest Services Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. You will welcome guests at the restaurant reception, assist with hotel stays, and help guests make the most of their time with us.

Evening and weekend availability is essential, and you’ll work closely with the restaurant, hotel and guest services teams to ensure a brilliant guest experience at our Seafood Restaurant.

Qualifications

• Warm, friendly and welcoming personality is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with guests.
• Hands-on team player who is happy to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet hotel and restaurant guests with a warm welcome and a friendly goodbye.
• Help ensure guests have the best stay possible.
• Assist with hosting in our Seafood Restaurant and help with luggage and parking.
• Handle guest enquiries and restaurant bookings; answer questions and assist guests in enjoying their time.
• Collaborate with guest services, restaurant and hotel teams to keep operations smooth.
