Job summary

Rick Stein Restaurants in Padstow is seeking a Breakfast Waiter / Waitress to join our front-of-house team on a part-time basis, with early starts from around 7am until 12pm.

You will welcome guests, provide attentive service, share knowledge of the breakfast menu, and work closely with the kitchen to deliver a seamless morning service. This role offers training and genuine progression within a respected hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude and a natural sense of hospitality.
• Previous waiting or breakfast service experience is helpful but training will be provided.
• Interest in great food and creating excellent guest experiences.
• Confidence speaking with guests and recommending dishes and drinks.
• Reliable, organised approach with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and creating a relaxed, friendly breakfast experience.
• Providing attentive, efficient service.
• Sharing knowledge of our breakfast menu, daily specials, and drinks.
• Anticipating guest needs and making thoughtful recommendations.
