Job summary

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels in Liverpool is seeking a Casual Receptionist to deliver top‑quality guest service in a busy Beatles-themed property. You will handle guest requests professionally, multitask across a busy front desk and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has prior hotel reception experience, uses Opera CLOUD, demonstrates problem‑solving skills, confidence and a friendly, professional manner. Weekend and public holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel reception experience in a hotel environment using Opera CLOUD.
• Excellent problem solving & multi-tasking skills.
• Confidence, professionalism and an engaging personality.
• Exceptional attention to detail & a passion for the industry.
• Flexible attitude to shifts – weekends/public holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to all guests staying in our Beatles-themed hotel.
• Manage all guest requests in a helpful and professional manner.
• Contribute to the team workload on each shift to ensure seamless service.
