Job summary

Premier Inn Bournemouth Ferndown, part of Whitbread, is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member for 30 hours per week at up to £13.06 per hour. You will welcome guests, help with check-in, and assist with breakfast or dinner service, while ensuring the hotel areas are clean and inviting.

No hotel experience is required. We provide full training and permanent contract terms, with staff discounts and pension options through Whitbread.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• No hotel experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner and help in the bar as needed.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming.
