Job summary

Whitbread PLC's Weymouth Seafront Premier Inn is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, help with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, and maintain welcoming public areas. You’ll be part of a team delivering great service and hospitality across busy periods.

This permanent role offers 30 guaranteed hours per week, pay up to £13.06 per hour, and full training from day one. No hotel experience is required; friendly, calm, and proactive people will fit in well.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly, customer-focused individuals who stay calm during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check-in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Keep the reception, restaurant and public areas tidy.
• Support teammates when busy across the hotel.
• Make sure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
