Exclusive Collection's Ansty Hall in Coventry is seeking a Guest Services Assistant to welcome guests and deliver warm, seamless service from arrival through departure. You will support reception tasks, coordinate with housekeeping, F&B and events, and share knowledge of local surroundings.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Experience in guest-facing/receptionist front-of-house helpful but not essential.
• Strong communication skills; calm, professional manner.
• Confident multitasking in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using booking systems; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• As the Guest Services Assistant, welcome guests and deliver exceptional service from arrival.
• Support reception duties including check-ins, check-outs, reservations and guest enquiries.
• Work with front of house to ensure seamless, personalised guest experiences.
• Maintain high presentation in guest areas and uphold service values.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and events teams to support daily operations.
• Handle telephone and email enquiries with professionalism and confidence.
• Share knowledge about the hotel, Coventry/Warwickshire, and the wider Exclusive Collection.
• Record and communicate guest feedback to line managers for continual improvement.
