Premier Inn in Doncaster (Lakeside) is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member on a 30-hour-per-week basis. The role involves greeting guests, checking in, serving breakfast or dinner, and assisting with guest requests to ensure a smooth stay.

No hotel experience is required; friendly, calm and proactive individuals will thrive. Training is provided and opportunities exist to move across roles within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly, helpful to guests and able to stay calm in busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar service and handling alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve guest issues.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming.
• Support teammates when the hotel gets busy.
• Ensure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
