Premier Inn in Leicester is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, check them in and support their dining experiences. You’ll cover breakfast and dinner service, sometimes behind the bar, while helping solve guest questions and keeping public areas welcoming.

No two shifts are the same; you’ll move between reception, restaurant and other hotel areas, ensuring a smooth stay for guests from arrival to departure. Training is provided and progression opportunities exist.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar service and alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy
• Support teammates across the hotel during busy periods
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
