Premier Inn Harrogate Town Centre is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in, and serve breakfast or dinner while maintaining a welcoming hotel environment.

No hotel experience is required. If you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it’s busy, we’ll teach you the rest. This permanent role includes evenings and weekends and a competitive hourly pay.

• Friendly attitude and willingness to help guests
• Ability to stay calm when busy

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or dinner and pour drinks
• Answer questions and solve problems for guests
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
