Job summary

Premier Inn Dundee Centre is recruiting a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in, and serve breakfast or dinner. You’ll work across shifts to keep the hotel running smoothly and provide excellent guest service.

No hotel experience is required; friendly, proactive people will be trained. This permanent part-time role offers 16 guaranteed hours per week, with evenings and weekends, at up to £13.06 per hour, plus benefits and opportunities to grow within Whitbread's

Qualifications

• Enjoy helping guests and staying calm when busy.
• Able to work as part of a team to keep the hotel running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner and, where needed, work behind the bar and serve drinks.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and help guests have a pleasant stay.
• Maintain reception, restaurant and public areas to a high standard.
• Support teammates during busy periods and ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
