Job summary

Premier Inn Hull West is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, help them check in and serve breakfast or dinner, including bar service.

You’ll answer questions, resolve issues and keep areas clean, supporting teammates to ensure guests are looked after from arrival to departure. This permanent role offers 16 guaranteed hours per week, with shifts including evenings and weekends, at Hull West Premier Inn in Hessle, East Yorkshire.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful with good customer service
• Calm under pressure in busy environments
• Willing to learn and adapt to different tasks

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in
• Serve breakfast and dinner, including bar service and alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve guest issues
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming
• Support teammates during busy periods
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
• Be flexible across shifts and locations within the hotel
