Whitbread’s Barnstaple Premier Inn is recruiting for a Ground Floor Team Member. The role is part-time with 8 guaranteed hours per week and a contract that is permanent. You’ll earn up to £13.06 per hour, with shifts including evenings and weekends at the Barnstaple location.

No hotel experience is required. If you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it’s busy, we’ll teach you the rest and help you grow with the team.

• Friendly, helpful attitude and ability to stay calm when busy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
