Working Hours: An average of 42 hours per week based on a 4-day on, 4-day off schedule.
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Guest Services Assistant, or as we call them, HouseJacks. The HouseJack role is a versatile position, passionate about delivering impeccable experiences across front-of-house areas, serving residents, members, and guests. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a passion for excellent service. Creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit are essential, especially with a focus on sustainability and technology.
The HouseJack reports to the Front of House Manager and Supervisors on shift; they act as ambassadors for front-of-house operations and collaborate with all departments to ensure a seamless guest journey. We value passionate, self-driven individuals who are comfortable pushing boundaries and thinking outside the box.
