Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management Ltd in Liverpool is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to warmly welcome guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.

You will work closely with kitchen and bar teams, maintain hygiene standards, handle reservations, and contribute to a vibrant, guest-focused culture with flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service.
• Take and process food and drink orders, noting special requests.
• Serve and present food/beverages, maintaining standards.
• Set up, clean and reset dining spaces for a smooth service.
• Prepare beverages including basic barista duties and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Support kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING…

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, ensuring special requests are noted and
• Serve food and drinks with care, keeping presentation standards high and timing smooth.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well-organised dining space.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties and refreshing non alcoholic drinks.
• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.
