Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a Security Officer to support the Security Manager and team, ensuring parks are safe, welcoming, and smoothly run. You will protect guests and staff while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining licensed operations across our parks in the UK.

Key duties include a proactive security presence, incident response, and meticulous logging of incidents. The role requires an SIA license, a full clean UK driving licence, and the ability to work well

Qualifications

• Current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision) and full clean UK driving licence.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Confident to communicate and influence others to enable effective conflict resolution.
• Able to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proactive security presence to create a safe environment for guests, colleagues, and visitors.
• Monitor situations and deal with any potential problems.
• Respond to incidents and support appropriately.
• Maintain security logs, accident, and incident reports with detail and accuracy.
