The Celtic Collection invites applications for a Reservations Agent in Newport. You will join our Sales & Revenue team, handling bookings, enquiries and guest needs to create memorable stays across golf, dining, spa and resort facilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling bookings.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, target-driven environment.
• Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer contact is preferred but not essential.

• Manage guest enquiries and reservations via telephone and email.
