Job summary

Ibis Budget London Heathrow Central, part of the Accor network, seeks a Reservations Agent to manage individual and group bookings (7 rooms or more) with catering and inquiries, using Opera Cloud and ResaWeb to keep records and reports.

The role requires at least 2 years in reservations or customer service, fluent English, strong communication, and flexibility to work mornings, lates, weekends, and holidays. Training and development opportunities are offered.

• Handle enquiries and confirm reservations
• Process payments and track changes
• Ensure clear arrangements across departments
• Provide reports and maintain accurate records using Opera Cloud and ResaWeb
