Job summary

Metropolitan Gaming is seeking a Customer Relations Host to enhance guest experiences and build lasting relationships. You will be the welcoming point of contact, handling queries, informing customers about events, promotions and benefits, and contributing to a personalised casino experience.

The role requires warmth, proactivity and the ability to maintain Safer Gambling practices while delivering excellent service across shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be commercially driven, computer literate and have excellent communication skills.
• Must be observant with strong customer service focus and professional demeanor.
• Multilingual abilities are preferred and beneficial for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Be a point of contact for customers and assist with queries and Met Card rewards.
• Record interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems per company procedures.
• Support events, promotions and safe gambling policies in line with the venue standards.
• Deliver high levels of service on casino floor and during telemarketing activities as needed.
• Identify customer issues and escalate appropriately to management.
