Job summary

Butlin’s in Bognor Regis is seeking a Food Truck Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our Restaurant/QSR venue, delivering fast, safe, friendly service and outstanding guest experiences.

You will drive commercial performance through stock yield, product controls and targeted upselling, while coaching a multiskilled team and ensuring standards across rostering, payroll and compliance. This role combines leadership with hands-on floor presence to optimise guest flow and profits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume hospitality teams.
• Strong knowledge of F&B stock controls and quality standards.
• Proven ability to hit stock yield targets and improve finances.
• Experience rostering and forecasting labor to demand.
• Excellent coaching, communication and problem-solving skills.
