Strand Palace in central London is hiring a Rooms & Maintenance Coordinator to provide structured, accurate, and timely administrative support for rooms, maintenance and operations coordination, helping bring the mission of ‘Serving London Love’ to life.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within hospitality.
• Strong organisational skills for managing large teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer permits to work and contractor H&S documentation, escalating any missing or concerning information to the Operations Support Supervisor.
• Support the Operations Support Supervisor with rooms OOO/OOS reporting, room status information, and room allocation changes connected to maintenance works.
• Support coordination of room access for PPM, inspections, portable appliance testing, showerhead cleaning, pest control and other planned activity.
• Complete monthly expense reports for the Hotel Manager, General Manager and Director of Engineering, escalating any sensitive or confidential matters to the Operations Support Supervisor.
