Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant to help guests find everything they need for a great stay and to deliver outstanding service across our shops.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Knowledge of EPOS and stock management systems.
• Confidence to train, support, and motivate team members.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail, especially during stock takes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly smile and ensure their needs are met.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and offer helpful product advice.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy, safe, and well-presented at all times.
• Spot opportunities to upsell and boost sales.
• Replenish shelves, rotate stock, and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Operate tills confidently and handle transactions in line with company policies.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily operations.
• Handle customer queries and escalations.
• Complete admin tasks accurately and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
