Job summary

Parkdean Resorts seeks a dynamic Customer and Park Support associate to assist holiday guests, homeowners and colleagues across Live Chat, WhatsApp and email. You’ll help tailor recommendations, promote services, and ensure seamless booking experiences across our UK parks.

As part of a friendly team, you’ll build strong customer relationships, resolve issues promptly and contribute to targets while enjoying staff discounts and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the holiday or travel industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital channels such as Live Chat, WhatsApp and SMS.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and sales through Live Chat, WhatsApp, SMS and ticketing systems.
• Promote and sell holiday packages, memberships and additional services.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers, resolving issues and answering queries.
• Manage the ticketing system for callbacks and follow-ups with customers as required.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve services and sales processes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
