Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant to help guests find everything they need for a great stay and to deliver outstanding service across our shops.

Join a team that values training, stock accuracy, and seamless POS transactions, with opportunities to upsell and learn across our 65 parks. As part of our parks family, you’ll support store operations and enjoy staff discounts and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Knowledge of EPOS and stock management systems.
• Confidence to train, support, and motivate team members.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail, especially during stock takes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly smile and ensure their needs are met.

• Replenish shelves, rotate stock, and maintain accurate stock levels.

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily operations.
• Handle customer queries and escalations.
• Complete admin tasks accurately and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
