Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests to F&B outlets with efficient, friendly service.
• Conveying the hotel's image through attitude and grooming.
• Communicating in English with guests (spoken and written).
• Preparing and serving cocktails and coffees.
• Maintaining knowledge of products.
• Taking responsibility for designated section and station.
• Keeping the F&B area stocked at all times.
• Receiving and processing customers’ payments.
• Ensuring ingredient labels are visible in all stations.
• Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service.
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables.
• Taking a positive problem-solving approach to guest problems and concerns.
• Actively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services.
