Job summary

Accor is seeking a part-time Food and Beverage team member at Novotel Hotels in the United Kingdom. The role covers the bar, restaurant (breakfast and dinner), room service and meeting and events.

You will deliver professional service, assist the manager, know menu items and beverage promotions, follow safety policies, and work flexible hours including weekends. Training and staff benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• To assist the manager in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department.
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Schedule: Day shift between the hours of 6am and 12 midnight.
• Weekend availability
