Premier Inn Manchester Salford Quays is seeking a Duty Manager to lead hotel operations across reception, housekeeping and restaurant. You will work on the floor, guiding the team, handling guest questions, and ensuring a smooth, safe stay.

You'll be out on the shop floor, coaching staff, making decisions, and supporting managers to keep the hotel running smoothly. A dynamic, customer-focused mindset is key to success in this role.

• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team.
