Job summary

Premier Inn Poole North is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to greet guests, assist with check-in and support breakfast or dinner service. You’ll help solve problems, keep public areas tidy and assist teammates to ensure a smooth stay.

With 20 guaranteed hours per week on a fixed-term contract until 25 February 2027, shifts include evenings and weekends. No hotel experience is required; training is provided, and staff benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it’s busy.
• No hotel experience required; we’ll teach you the rest.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar work and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Make sure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
