Job summary

Whitbread Premier Inn Leek is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly greet guests, assist with check-in, and support breakfast and dinner service across the hotel.

You will work evenings and weekends with guaranteed hours, receive full training, and have opportunities to develop within Premier Inn. No prior hotel experience is required, and we welcome applicants from retail or hospitality backgrounds.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; friendly and helpful attitude is key.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Teamwork and ability to stay calm under busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar service
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
