Job summary

The Falmouth Hotel Ltd is seeking enthusiastic hospitality staff to join our Food & Beverage team. This role supports restaurant, bar and events operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a busy hotel setting.

We value a warm, proactive attitude, strong communication and teamwork. Training is provided, with opportunities to develop within our four hotels and access staff discounts and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Positive, friendly and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and professional manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.
• Deliver food and drink service across restaurant, bar and events.
• Ensure tables are set and service areas are maintained to a high standard.
• Support the team during busy periods, working efficiently and positively.
• Assist with bar service when required.
• Handle guest enquiries and requests with confidence and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all front-of-house areas.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and wider hotel teams to ensure smooth service.
