The Falmouth Hotel is seeking a confident Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. This role is based at The Falmouth Hotel and involves 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends to ensure outstanding guest experiences during service.

You will lead the team, maintain high service standards, and collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver seamless dining experiences across our operation and events.

• Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role.

• Support day-to-day operation of the restaurant with professional service.

• Work with kitchen teams for effective communication.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and cash handling as required.
