Park Plaza County Hall Hotel in London is seeking a Guest Relations Manager to ensure the guest relations team delivers beyond standard experiences. You will maintain and grow relationships with VIPs and regular guests, supporting resolution of any issues and driving guest satisfaction across the hotel.

The role emphasises hands-on leadership, effective communication with Front of House, and a customer-focused approach while upholding Park Plaza values and standards.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Guest Relations Manager or Duty Manager in a hotel.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Opera.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure smooth running of the guest relations department daily.
• Coordinate with Front of House to maximise guest and staff satisfaction.
• Motivate, train and develop team members.
